Harry Stephens is the founder of Chappy’s, a former chef of Movida and Quay now turned chip entrepreneur.

Chappy’s started knee-deep in a huge pile of potatoes with a small fryer in a small food van. Kettle-cooked, well-seasoned chips was the goal, and a retro 50’s style branded chip brand is what followed.

There are no cutting corners when processing small batch kettle-cooked chips. At Chappy’s they apply old-fashioned method of cooking low and slow resulting in a hard bite chip, aka Kettle-Cooked Chips.
